Frequently Asked Questions About Coaching

How does coaching work?

Coaching is generally conducted by telephone, video conference or in person. We begin by you contacting me for your no cost, no obligation telephone consultation. If we determine that we are a good match, you will choose a coaching package, day, time and the method of coaching that you prefer. Next, you will pay for your coaching package and complete the coaching agreement. On the agreed upon day and time, we will meet for our session. If you choose telephone coaching, I will call you at the number you provide. If you choose video conferencing, I will provide you with the meeting ID and we will meet online at the agreed upon time. It is imperative that you are on time for your scheduled appointments. Each individual session will last for 45 minutes and couple and group sessions will last for 75 minutes.
